Didn't receive advertised or promotional terms. I am writing to file a complaint against American Express ( Amex ) regarding an issue with unfulfilled promotional points. Below are the details of my complaint : On XX/XX/XXXX, I applied for and was approved for the Amex Platinum card. Before applying, Amexs system confirmed that I qualified for a signup bonus, specifically XXXX points after meeting a minimum spend of {$8000.00}, as well as an additional XXXX points per XXXX spent at restaurants. Upon meeting the required {$8000.00} spend threshold, I did not see the XXXX points reflected in my account, nor was I receiving the XXXX points per XXXX spent at restaurants.
