Debt was paid. I received notice that I owe MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT INC in regards to he account I informed them that I was exercising my right to discharge debt under HJR 192 73-10. Also 18 USC 8 all debts are the obligation of the UNITED STATES. Also by being a third party debt collector they are in violation of the FDCPA ( Fair Debt Collection Practice Act ). Violations 806,807 ( 2 ) ,808,807 ( 11 ) 809,812.it has become a burden and creating stress which is causing physical damages to my body. Also they in violation of 15USC 1692 ( c ) a 15 USC 1692 ( b ) 2 b ( 5 ) 15 USC 1692 ( d ) 215USC1692 ( g ). This added stress is creating a hardship on me and my family.
