Trouble with how payments are being handled. Hello, I am reaching out due to Mohela not processing my PAYE recertification after submitting it on time, months ago ; I also can not reach anyone to discuss processing forbearance. Please find relevant details and questions below : I have been on PAYE for my student loans since XXXX. When I received notice it was time to recertify, I did so on studentaid.gov. I received email confirmation my " electronic IDR request '' was received on XX/XX/XXXX. My servicer is Mohela and they still have not processed it yet. They have not communicated with me at all or sent any messages. I submitted my annual form on time and submitted everything requested of me. My monthly payment has been XXXX per month on this plan while I work towards PSLF. Because
