Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. I previously filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ) regarding unauthorized inquiries on my credit report. The reference number for that complaint is XXXX, filed on XX/XX/XXXX. Complaint Description : My credit report contains unauthorized inquiries that were made without my consent. Upon contacting the creditors responsible for these inquiries, they confirmed they have no evidence that I initiated these inquiries and lack any written or verbal authorization from me. Due to the lack of valid grounds for these inquiries, I formally requested their immediate removal.
