Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — TRANSUNION INTERMEDIATE HOLDINGS, INC. (PA)

Reporting company used your report improperly. I am reporting unauthorized hard inquiries on my Experian credit report despite having a history of identity theft. The following companies made unauthorized inquiries : XXXX XXXX ( XX/XX/year> ), XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XX/XX/year> ), and XXXX Card ( XX/XX/year> ). Additionally, my personal information on my credit reports is incorrectmy full name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, and my correct home address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX I have frozen my credit file, but Experian does not allow me to dispute inquiries online. I have attempted to correct this information and dispute the inquiries, but Experian has not addressed the issue. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I am requesting an investigation into these unauthorized inquiries
