Checking or savings account — KEYCORP (NY)

Fees charged for closing account. I opened a KeyBank Merchant Services account in XX/XX/XXXX for my foundation. I closed the account in mid- XX/XX/XXXX. I was told to return the equipment to the local branch & their representative would take care of it ( returning the equipment and closing the account ). I have been a customer of KeyBank for many years & trust the people there. So I dropped off the equipment in XXXX XXXX. At the end of the next year in XX/XX/XXXX, I realized that XXXX XXXX continued to charge me a monthly service fee and withdrew over {$1000.00} from my checking account. I complained to the branch & they referred me to merchant services who refused to pay back the money. Later, I approached another branch manager who assisted me but merchant services said I did not return
