Problem using a debit or ATM card. From XX/XX/year> to XX/XX/year> someone used my card for a website I live in a very remote area about XXXX minutes from town I rarely go to town as we have a supermarket and gas station basic necessities. I do not get WiFi and have to come to town to use it. Well came in to town yesterday and got a fraud alert on phone immediately called bank they put in a claim for XXXX dollars for one specific website. Have no clue what it is. The company promised me I would get my credit today as both phone calls were recorded and needed those funds. They told me today after driving XXXX minutes again that I will not receive funds today and will have to wait. I can not wait as life depends on money. Pretty much told me Im XXXX out of luck
