Old information reappears or never goes away. This is an ongoing dispute I have had with XXXX over a {$45.00} bill which was paid once the issue was resolved. I have tried through Transunion multiple times through the years to have it removed from my report due to the fact that its over 15 years old and the information is not correct they just deny the claim and never send me the original paperwork but worse than that each time I dispute it they make that date show up as the day the incident happened. The last dispute with Transunion was number XXXX and simply denied they have never pursued my complaint actively and allow XXXX to skirt the law regarding how long something can remain on your report plus never provide me with the original paperwork. I disputed a charge with XXXX back in 2007
