Account information incorrect. I am writing to formally request that you block certain erroneous data reported on my credit report, pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It has come to my attention that incorrect information has been included in my credit report, which I believe to be the result of identity theft.
