Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — TRANSUNION INTERMEDIATE HOLDINGS, INC. (AR)

Investigation took more than 30 days. I am filing a formal complaint regarding identity theft and fraudulent accounts opened in my name. I am a victim of identity theft. I have filed a complaint against these credit reporting agencies and they have not removed these from my credit report. According to [ FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ] ( Section 605B ( a ) ), these items should be removed within 4 days. These are still on my report over a month later! I am requesting immediate action to rectify the damage to my credit report and hold the responsible parties accountable. My personal information was compromised online resulting in many fraudulent accounts being opened. The following accounts are fraudulent.
