Account status incorrect. Ive performed and investigated my credit report and found several items to be inaccurate. I have a closed account for an Auto Loan that has inaccurately been reported and have attempted several times to dispute this with ALLY FINANCIAL for XXXX LATE PAYMENTS in XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I have submitted my bank statements showing on time and EARLY payments to this Auto Loan. My vehicle payments were reimbursed by the manufacturer and agreed to pay the remaining balance to Lemon Law in XXXX of XXXX. The manufacturer failed to pay the remaining balance of my auto loan on time after I returned the vehicle to them on time.
