Checking or savings account — PNC Bank N.A. (OH)

Unable to open an account. I went to open a bank account with pnc, but I was denied. When I requested the reason why I was denied by the teller and told it was because I had an outstanding balance with pnc. pnc never notified me that they were going to report this information to any consumer reporting agency and the information they reported is not completely accurate per the FCRA. I am a single mother who needs my bank account to receive funds to take care of my family. The denial is hindering me from caring for my family. Failure to remove this info will result in me seeking legal remedy.
