Debt collection — Rowland Avenue Management, Inc. A/KA Columbia Debt Recovery, LLC d/b/a Genesis (TX)

Called before 8am or after 9pm. Debt collection agency from a rental unit is trying to collect on something that I had already contested with the rental group- XXXX. They call at all hours, harass, have no proof that I owe the money. I contested the incident as they claimed i broke an appliance but had no evidence that was broken. I did this within the time limit required and was not given a response instead they sent the request to a debt collection agency who harasses me nonstop.
