Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (TX)

Reporting company used your report improperly. There are accounts on my credit report that should not be there, and I have no connection to them whatsoever. This is not only unfair but also extremely frustrating and concerning. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 15 U.S.C. 1681, I have the right to an accurate credit report, and these errors should not be affecting me. I expect a full investigation and for these mistakes to be corrected immediately. If this isn't handled properly, XXXX have no choice but to take legal action to protect my rights.
