Trying to communicate with the company to fix an issue related to modification, forbearance, short sale, deed-in-lieu, bankruptcy, or foreclosure. So my husband and I bought our home in XXXX XXXX. We were recently informed by a bankruptcy attorney that our home was sold. It was after we sent in budget letters to XXXX letting them know our budget. I lost my job in XXXX. My husband lost his job due to health issues around XXXX last year. We are just getting back on our feet in XX/XX/XXXX. We called to try and get assistance with catching up on our mortgage and they ( Planet Home Lending ) that there was nothing they could do. I was told that our home was sold in an auction on XX/XX/XXXX. We were never served with any legal documentation to our home letting us know that it was up for auction.
