Other problem. In XXXX, signed up for a XXXX consumer finance account via Synchrony Bank. When I signed up for the account I elected ebilling. Subsequently, I received the merchandise purchased and my first bill with the merchandise was due XX/XX/XXXX. However, I did not receive an ebill, and was unaware that payment was required until I received a late payment email on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted the bank and spent 40 minutes on the phone requesting the following ( 1 ) to make a payment, ( 2 ) set up auto pay, ( 3 ) turn off ebilling, ( 4 ) remove the late and ( 5 ) remove the late payment from my credit report.
