Checking or savings account — NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION (PA)

Problem using a debit or ATM card. I got a fraud alert from navy federal credit union. I checked my account and immediately saw hundreds of dollars of transactions for XXXX XXXX. I disputed the charges and my claim was denied. I appealed the decision and asked why it was denied. The only information theyre willing to provide is discrepancies. I dont own an XXXX. Furthermore I contacted XXXX and they are claiming that these charges dont even exist. Navy federal is completely unwilling to even discuss the matter with me.
