Problem during payment process. Sears contacted my wife and made a deal of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX a month on an account thats already closed keep in mind we only owe them XXXX XXXX Im furious that sears have still not taken accountability for the damage they caused. We made multiple attempts to resolve this issue from day one. And we ended up fighting with sears customer service every step of the way. After exhausting all efforts to resolve this situation I realized that Sears didnt want to resolve issue and the people from customer service are no help they only want to threaten you and intimidate you into sending them money.
