I did not knew about this debt or lawsuit until I tried to renew my automobile permit in XX/XX/XXXX that in XXXX XXXX we do it yearly and the XXXX told me they can not permit the car because it has a repossession because of a lawsuit. I the. Went to the court to examine this lawsuit which it was done in the year XXXX!!! And in XXXX the collection agency made a motion to repossess any property i had to cover the debt of XXXX dollars. I am complaining because they are violating my rights. This debt its to old and its not fair they take my automobile which is an old car and its my only property. I do not work because
