Problem with customer service. XXXX XXXX and DOGE viewed and downloaded my personal data from my federal student loans. Unclear what information was accessed, by who, and what security measures are taken on data that was accessed ; Or, if any of that data was downloaded by XXXX, what security measures are currently being taken to ensure this information is not accessed by parties I did not consent access to in the contract signed at the time of taking out loans. Information may include my social security number, date of birth, loan information and account number, financial information including bank account and debit card numbers -- extremely unclear what was accessed, who saw it, what was done with said information, if this information has been handled securely, or what steps I need to ta
