Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — Bread Financial Holdings, Inc. (FL)

Account information incorrect. XXXX XXXX XXXX Comenity Bank flagged me for a missed payment in XXXX of XXXX. I have since paid off the entire balance, and after contacting VS Customer Service, they tell me they dont have a record of a missed payment at all. This missed payment is still on my credit report despite the account being paid off and no record apparently found by the company itself. I am trying to move and apply for a mortgage and this has significantly held me back. The account balance is {$0.00}. XXXX says 30 days past due, but that was my first missed payment and I paid it off. Id like this removed from my credit report.
