Payment process. I have been trying to resolve this issue since XX/XX/year>. Planet home lending received XXXX payments from me on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, my XXXX payment on XX/XX/XXXX was flagged by my bank and not paid. Then XXXX XXXX states they reversed the XXXX prior payments due to not authorized but those funds were never received back in my account. I have called numerous times, and I have emailed numerous times to give them the documents needed to correct my account and still have not resolved the issue. Finally, the bank sent all documents requested again in XXXX and I still have not gotten this resolved. PLEASE HELP! I am a XXXX mother and can not afford to make those XXXX payments again I will search for an attorney at this time if I have to.
