Trying to communicate with the company to fix an issue while managing or servicing your loan. For the last 6+ months my payments have been made every month. Which is also reflected on my credit report. However, in XXXX, all of a sudden, WellsFargo online system showed that we were behind by 4 months which is completely inaccurate. I contacted Wells Fargo many times trying to get this sorted out and they fail to assist me. Back in the Summer/Fall of XXXX my husband was having an issue with his Wells Fargo Bank account and decided not to use it anymore and ultimately close the account but Wells Fargo continuously attempted to withdrawl our Mortgage payment from this account, causing the system to return payment for non sufficient funds. Our mortgage payments were being made from my XXXX
