Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (NY)

Account status incorrect. After a fraudulent charge XXXX closed my accounts until I logged in and proved through identifying questions that I was the credit holder which I did and relinked my bank for autopay. My bank XXXX XXXX made timely payments which XXXX then reversed and returned to my bank. I immediately called to fix the problem which I was assured was indeed fixed however even after a XXXX call my accounts are marked as unpaid and late causing a significant drop in my credit score.
