Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — JPMORGAN CHASE & CO. (NC)

Reporting company used your report improperly. JPMorgan Chase Bank placed two separate hard inquiries on my XXXX credit report within a short period ( XX/XX/year> and XX/XX/year> ) related to credit card applications. I believe this may be duplicative or excessive as both occurred within one month. I am requesting that one of these inquiries be reviewed and removed if appropriate. I have also contacted Chase directly and submitted a dispute with XXXX.
