Debt collection — Resurgent Capital Services L.P. (UT)

Debt is not yours. My XXXXXXXX XXXX was living with me until she got back on her feet. I did not know that she's use my identification to open up a credit card. I have never done credit cards over online. I always go into the building and do the credit card. Do not even know any of this was going on. At all until I started receiving the notices from a collection agency in the mail. And after XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I call the company. And send them everything at the police report everything. I asked them for the original contract, everything. And I got nothing bad harassed. Phone Calls. I'm, i'm done explaining to this company that the credit card is not mine
