Problem making or receiving payments. On XX/XX/XXXX, I went to a Santander branch to initiate a wire transfer to a rental company in New York for an apartment. The wire transfer was placed under compliance review and has remained there without updates or a timeline, despite multiple follow-up attempts through the branch on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, the rental company informed me that the apartment was no longer available and that if the wire transfer went through, the funds would not be refunded. As a result, I immediately requested that Santander cancel the wire transfer.
