Didn't receive notice of right to dispute. Follow-Up to Case Number : XXXX Dispute Regarding Debt Ownership, Servicing, and Compliance with Federal Laws Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) , I am writing to formally follow up on my previous complaint ( Case Number : XXXX ) regarding the handling of my debt by multiple entities, including XXXX, Resurgent Capital Services, LVNV Funding LLC , and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Resurgence just stated that they do not service my loan anymore and I am not aware who owns my loan because they stated that they did before. XXXX and XXXX I am seeking your assistance to resolve several critical issues related to the ownership, servicing, and reporting of this debt, as well as potential violations of federal consumer protection laws.
