Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (AZ)

Account status incorrect. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), XXXX XXXX Account XXXX has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C. 1681, Section 602 : Grants me the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681, Section 604 ( a ) ( 2 ) : States that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C. 1666B : Prohibits a creditor from treating a payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. Given these protections, the reported late payment on my account is inaccurate and must be removed immediately. This erroneous reporting has severely harmed my credit and negatively impacted my ability to purchase a home. I request immediate correction of this issue. Please provide confirmation
