Account information incorrect. There are multiple inaccuracies on my credit report that must be removed without delay. Some contain incorrect details that do not match my records, others are entirely unfamiliar, and several have been reported without proper verification. These discrepancies violate the FCRA, which requires all information to be 100 % accurate and backed by legitimate documentation. To resolve this matter fairly, I demand that all inaccurate items be permanently removed from my credit report. If the reporting entities can not provide legitimate proof confirming their accuracy, they have no legal right to remain on my file. I expect immediate corrective action to restore the integrity of my credit profile.
