Checking or savings account — NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION (FL)

Unable to open an account. I opened an account with navy federal credit union. I was referred by my brother who served. I was approved over the phone for an account. After 5 days, my account was closed and navy doesnt want to tell me why. I think its unfair. I try to prove my identity and I still get the short end of the stick. I think thats really unfair!
