On XX/XX/year> my pay pal account was hacked called and reported to pay pal and they opened up a ticket for an investigation during the mean time I been calling everyday because the hackers were able to access my card. they were able to get XXXX from my account and even transferred to crypto and I don't do crypto. I been trying to transfer the rest of funds to bank and when I did it said there was a problem each time. each time I called pay pal the reps advised the account was unlocked to transfer funds and it really wasn't called on XX/XX/year> and spoke to a rep and he stated that card will be locked until XX/XX/year> I have bills that I have to pay and things coming up that has to be paid for. This is my only means for money at this time and this is money for housing as well
