I am submitting this complaint to the consumer financial protection bureau regarding, specifically in relation to the recent data breach that has compromised the personal information of countless consumers, including myself. Pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting ACT 605B ( 15 U.S.C 1681 C-2 ), I request the removal of fraudulent information from my credit report that has resulted from my identity theft and fraud.
