None. {$20.00} sent via Venmo on XX/XX/24 to my XXXX sons account. Venmo refused to refund the Monday, communicated back and forth with me multiple times with responses that didnt even make sense, and told me I had to get the refund from the person I sent the money to. Again, this person is my son and the account was frozen by Venmo, so he can not send the money back. Venmo has taken the money and held on to it, which is deceitful to consumers.
