Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (FL)

Information belongs to someone else. This morning, I discovered incorrect accounts on my credit report, and I have no clue how they got there. I routinely check my report, but this time, I noticed unexpected discrepancies. I even refreshed my browser, thinking it might be a glitch, but the errors remained. Since this issue persists, I request a thorough review of the documents Ive submitted to ensure I wont have to worry about this problem again.
