Didn't receive notice of right to dispute. i have disputed this debt with National Credit Systems multiple times and provided extensive documentation proving it is not valid. I was a tenant at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX during the COVID-19 pandemic and was forced to leave due to unsafe and uninhabitable conditions, including harassment and suspected surveillance by the apartments maintenance staff.
