Information belongs to someone else. I AM SO DEVASTATED CURRENTLY AND DEPRESSED. I recently discovered that I was listed as part of the XXXX data breach where my personal information has been exposed. My identity has been stolen and I am so sad. Please help assist me in the matter. XXXX seeking that my consumer rights be implemented in the FCRA Section 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ). As an individual whos a victim of identity theft, I have the right to request that any fraudulent information be removed from all of my credit reports. This law states that credit reporting agencies promptly eliminate any information that originated from identity theft once they receive appropriate notification.
