Account information incorrect. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TRANSUNION, EQUIFAX and EXPERIAN about inaccurate late payments being reported. The creditors refusal to remove this inaccurate late payments is an unfair practice under the CFPA. I requested validation of this debt, and no proof has been provided within the required time frame under FDCPA Section 809 ( b ). I dispute its validity and request its removal.
