Billing problem. Good afternoon, My husband and I purchased a brand new car on XX/XX/XXXX of this year our car payments were 343 monthly. On the XXXX of XXXX they called us back into the dealership to resign our contract because we put down a larger down payment that by law we can not get gap insurance it was than lowered to 324 monthly. On this day of XX/XX/XXXX our car payment on the Wells Fargo app is still not fixed and they still charging us for gap insurance. The dealership and myself have been back and forth with this company and we are very frustrated with the company as it is a well known bank, how is this taking so long? This has been a very unprofessional experience with Wells Fargo. we are military and moving soon and really need this taken care of we are extremely disappointed
