Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I recently disputed these items listed and I don't believe a proper investigation was done. They did not provide proof I requested to verify the account, nor used the documents I provided as proof of these items don't belong to me. According to the FCRA, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), your company is required by federal law to verify through the physical verification of the original signed certified consumer contract - of all accounts you request to be posted and or reported on a credit report. These accounts should be deleted immediately.
