Transaction was not authorized. Chime has given me the run around regarding my disputes ( Unauthorized Transactions ). After speaking with multiple Specialists and Supervisors the only thing they have in common is that I am eligible for the credits that have not been applied to my account on or before XX/XX/XXXX of 2025. I am truly concerned because not only do they outsource to a team that is not in America they have a lack of concern to follow the banking regulations. After mixed reviews and their sad response received at the XXXX I am honestly concerned regarding all account holders at Chime because as they stated they simply dont have the means to handle disputes.
