Threatened or suggested your credit would be damaged. I have disputed the debt listed by Southwest Credit Systems XXXX XXXX over the past XXXX years. Despite my repeated requests for validation, they have consistently failed to provide any supporting documentation or information verifying the legitimacy of the alleged debt. This ongoing failure to validate the debt is a direct violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), which require that debt XXXX provide proper validation upon request.
