Out of concern and a desire to be proactive to protect my asset. I needed reassurance that things were going on behind the scenes to make sure things were being taken care of. The lady on the phone assured me that there would be no late payments issued because of their system being at fault and the time it takes to upload my file. I requested to have that information emailed over to me along with my loan number because I never received anything from them. She said that she would do so. XXXX Reached out again to determine whether or not I could pay through the online portal/app because I real
