Old information reappears or never goes away. There are addresses being reported to my consumer report resulting from the data breach with Equifax and XXXX. I have contacted each bureau by phone and followed with a letter by certified mail requesting that this incorrect information be removed from my credit report. Furnishing this inaccurate information is in violation of 15 usc 1681b and 15 usc 1681 c-2. Please delete this inaccurate information and use the address listed on my Identification
