Deposits and withdrawals. This problem started early in XXXX where I received text messages from a chase number regarding a fraudulent withdraw. As I found out that I was scammed..I immediately went to the bank to show them.The text messages that were fraudulently to me Where from a chase number. When I explained this to them they refused to listen and only closed that account. I have received two more chase fraud text messages since that time. This is coming from the company. At this point I would like my money back.That was scammed since they did not resolve the problem by ending the text messages. I have screenshots and numbers to dates and times to prove it.
