The request was approved on the same day, as long as I met the stipulations of the agreement. On XX/XX/year>, Ally financial reported XXXX days on all credit bureaus and tarnished the joint account holders and my XXXXredit score, dropping it to almost XXXX points. I reached out to XXXX but case was closed because Ally financial did not provide me with the requested agreement until after the fact. Ally financial did not process a fair investigation and should not get away with bogus tactics.
