Didn't receive enough information to verify debt. XX/XX/XXXX I received initial notice of debt owed in the amount of {$1600.00}. XX/XX/XXXX I wrote to dispute the debt. I never received any notification written or otherwise before they called the guarantor ( my dad ) on the debt offering a settlement of {$1100.00}. I called to confirm this amount was correct and that they received my disputes. They said the changing of the amount was due to the dispute and they closed the investigation without notifying myself or other parties involved. I expressed that I had not received any notification and opened a third dispute to the amount owed given the property previously upcharged over {$600.00} leading me to not trust the validity of the amount in its entirety.
