Information belongs to someone else. I reviewed my credit file with Experian, XXXX and XXXX. I noticed a collection account reporting. That was not mine, from a company named XXXX for the following account : XXXX Balance : {$1200.00}. I immediately sent a letter to the XXXX The company has responded that the account is closed and will no longer report to the credit reporting agencies. If the company closed the account and notified the credit reporting agencies why is still reporting on my credit report? If they conducted a complete investigation in accordance with the FCRA why is it still reporting? They are willingly violating my consumer rights
