None. I tried logging into my account at http : /experian.com/freeze, the portal says they do not recognize me, when I try to put in my credentials. Because that didnt work, I request to be identified another way, the portal states they will send me a code to my number ending in XXXX. However, I NEVER RECEIVED a text code to be identified. I called the numbers XXXX and XXXX. In both instances, a robot tells me what the purpose of the call is, and sends me in circles through their menu. According to the robot message, they only transfer you to a live agent in extreme cases. I went through the cycle of explaining to the AI operated phone multiple times, and didnt get anywhere. After going through the circles, they hung up on me. I need my credit report unfrozen and am left withou
