Debt is not yours. In XX/XX/XXXX, I entered into a two-part payment agreement with Chase Bank to resolve a credit card balance of {$470.00}. The agreement consisted of two scheduled payments of {$230.00}. The first payment was successfully processed from my fathers account in XX/XX/XXXX. The second payment, due in XX/XX/XXXX, was never processed by Chase, despite no changes to the agreement, payment method, or contact information. There was no notification via phone, email, or text from Chase regarding any issue with the second payment.
